I never thought I would see the day where I could say "I've been chocolate free for 100 days!" Well that day came and went last week and I couldn't have been prouder of myself!
Besides with the fact that the illusive 69.9kg is being even more of a pain to reach than I thought, I'm still very proud of what I've achieved to date. Even though I'm 2kg heavier, my measurements are the same now as when I last weighed 68kg, in some cases even less. So I'm toning more and more each day and am really noticing the difference in my troublesome areas, thanks to the Brazil Butt Lift - High & Tight Workout! And of course my walking-runs every morning.
I'm still enjoying my foods and am finding that my tastes are changing from the sweet tooth that I was to more of a savoury person. Even when I do allow myself the occasional treat I don't really enjoy it as much as I thought I would, which to me just shows how your taste buds can adapt and be retrained.
I also made a deal with my Brother-In-Law over the weekend that mid next year we're going to run a Half Marathon together .... I'm not sure which one yet .... but that's the plan!
I refuse to be a plump newly-wed who has let herself go just because the wedding is over ... I want my health and fitness to be a lifestyle and something that I have forever. That is something that has become very clear to me over the last week and has made me even more determined to get in the best shape I can not just for the wedding ... but for LIFE!
