All I can say is that IT'S ABOUT BLOODY TIME!!!

69.8kg today!

I'm in the 60's, maybe only by 200gms, but I'll take it!!!

Kimberley: There is nothing I like better than a good project. In 2010 we had our Wedding and now in 2012 we start our biggest and most time consuming project to date ... the quest to build our home.

The BodyTrim Weight Loss Program is extremely effective and easy to follow! I have more energy and I feel like I can keep doing this forever!

The P90X Workout is extreme! But well worth it! My body feels stronger, more toned and I'm fitter than I have been in a long time!
